I have just had my first class at 2 Technical and I absolutely loved it!!! I've trained Muay Thai before and at some reputable camps, but this place was head & shoulders (and knees & elbows) above the others. Firstly, the club is headed by Kru Paul Karpowicz who as anyone who knows anything about Muay Thai will know is one of the UK's best and most respected fighters. He is also the best instructor I've ever seen. His passion for Muay Thai is incredible and his vast experience comes through in the classes where I found myself learning new and exciting combinations and techniques. The club has great facilities and a really nice atmosphere, unlike some clubs that can be intimidating and some what unfriendly - not good for drawing in new students! Everyone was warm and welcoming and Paul graciously took time to field my many questions about his awesome career and Muay Thai in general. I cannot wait to get back there and begin training as often as possible. If your in the area and keen to try Muay Thai then get on it - it's mint!!!!
