Some of the drivers are okay, but would not use them again unreliable, drivers going through red lights and speeding some of the drivers language was terrible. Heard stories about drivers being perverts and alcoholics.

Have been let down at NYE a few years ago by this company not showing up! Gave them another chance last night as they are a "local company" however completely disgusted at how we were treated! Booked people carrier 4 weeks ago, as we were going to Take That gig at Hampden. 8 females going so needed 8 seater ppl carrier. All ok - then 1 hour before taxi due to collect us they called to tell us the people carriers were fully booked + that they would have to send 2 cars but charge us an extra £10! Disgusting! How could people carriers be fully booked - when we had reserved one 4 weeks before, why did they take our booking initially ? We could have went elsewehere!! Then to top it all off - taxi was booked to collect us after concert at 11:30 - no one showed! Numerous phone calls to Station Taxi's - serveral times they hung phone up to us - told us a load of rubbish that taxi was on its way - waitied till 12:30 + called again - they told us "not my problem" we asked how are we going to get home and they told us "walk like everyone else is doing" - very safe advice there!! We ended up having to call our partners to come collect us - kids in tow! Disgraceful company - disgraceful attitude + speaking to others , this is not an uncommon occurance with their "unreliability" - would recommend using Great Western Taxis or another Bearsden or Milngavie company - stay clear of Station Taxis - we are reporting them to the Milngavie + Bearsden Herald and to the local council as we speak
