Have used Ambassador several times last few weeks.Have found them to be prompt to send taxis,with a text describing taxi just before arrives.Different drivers,all have been friendly and polite.
Used Ambassador twice over the last couple of days, both were excellent experiences, second chap slightly late but his craic was great and we had enough time. Will happily use again as there are few options out in Milngavie
Used to be good taxi firm with friendly drivers pre-pandemic but now it’s a struggle to get them to answer phone at times and they won’t commit to times, even asking to phone back nearer the time to see if they can do it. Seems like not enough drivers now. Sad, because I liked this firm years ago.
I took their service ones in Glasgow. Very prompt and good service
Booked a taxi for my wife for 2am. No/one turned up and when I eventually got through some halfwit muttered taxi had been cancelled then hung up on me. A total waste of a company, do not use. You have been warned!!!
Always on time and drivers without exception are amazing. I use them once a month or so and never an issue. Not once.
Booked online and received a confirmation my taxi was booked for the next day. Waited, no taxi, phoned only to be informed that they didn’t pick up from there 3 miles from the taxi office . Apparently my fault for not knowing this and relying on a booking confirmation provided online. Not worth bothering with.
Booked in advance , taxi never showed, allowed 10-15mins grace,phoned again was told couple of minutes, gave it another 10 minutes was told not been dispatched now an hour late for nite out dreadful worst ever
First car parked outside the wrong house. We only saw it when it drove off. Correct house no. was given & read back to me. Second car came reasonably quickly.
