Brilliant service. I picked up a cab in Byers Road going to my apartment in Cochrane Street but left my bag in the cab. When I woke up next morning the bag was back, returned by the driver. Amazing, thank you!

Such a bad experience! When booking the taxi , told the lady on the phone the destination address twice and when boarding the taxi I have done the same to the the driver. After some while I started being suspicious as the taxi was not following the right route so asked the driver what the address is and of course it was wrong address he was going to. Driver offered some refund and looked like he wants me to thank him for his generosity. Upon arrival he took £1.60 off the bill (£21.60 total) and was expecting a big thank you but that never happened. Avoid this company as they are very unprofessional and rude.

Terrible service! The old woman who answers the calls was extremely rude and unhelpful. We ordered two taxis and when they called to let us know they were outside we headed down (we did not want to go down any sooner as it was pouring of rain) but the time we got outside they were gone. We phoned up to ask what had happened and the woman informed is that the taxis had waiting 4 minutes (i mean 4 minutes is nothing for us to get down from the 3rd floor!) and then left. She then went onto be very unpleasant on the phone when I asked if it was possible to order other taxis. In the end i just gave up. Extremely unprofessional. I think you need better trained staff. I definitely wouldn't recommend!!

Rip off taxi service... tried to get home from Glasgow cc and flagged down a black taxi ask him to take me to paisley was told it would cost £45 TOTAL RIP OFF.. tried to call taxi office but all it done was ring out for over 10 minutes.....
