The only reason why I am giving this company 1 star is because there is no option to leave no stars! I called this morning and pre booked a taxi then 5 minutes later I receive a text saying that my taxi had arrived. I called and the lady said I couldn't pre book taxi's with them (well why let me book it in the first place) she said to call back when I would like picked up so I did but they never answered. I withheld my number and oh my call got answered and when I spoke the woman put down the phone!!! I called back straight away and asked her why she wasn't taking my call she roared down the phone ''I CANNI HEAR YE'' so unprofessional, why have a taxi company if you do not like picking people up?????

Do not use!! Women who answers the calls is ignorant and has zero customer service skills. No wonder she can't get a job with a real company

Phoned for a taxi 20 minutes early to catch my train, phoned a 2nd time for a chase up and waited a bit longer, 5 minutes after my train was due I phoned up again to get told it's they are still trying, agent was absolutely rude and hung up before I could ask a question, phoned up and complained to get hung up again, Terrible service all round.
