This pizza place has indeed a wood oven, and the menu includes vegan and gluten free options. Wide variety of choices. When we visited the atmosphere was very quiet, maybe even a bit bland. Overall the portions are generous and the food is good. Service seemed a bit slow, but nothing to be bothered about. Staff was friendly. Parking around can be tricky
I wish pizza back home was always this good! Just had a real treat from the good hard working people at Zzetta. The young host was kind enough to help me select a meal deal that included their exquisite oven-baked Capricciosa Pizza with prosciutto, artichokes, mushrooms and olives + Bacon Wrapped Mozzarella. Grilled and served with paprika Dip + a Mini Tiramisu Savoiardi that was not half bad… all drowned with l’autentica Birra Moretti. 5 star service to match a real Italian soul fired meal.
Came here on Fork experience offer. Environment was alright. Customer service is ok. Pizzas definitely need improving. The cheese was so limited that it is pretty dry when i tried to cut them. I had to add chilli oil pretty much to the pizza to give the taste. Overall the restaurant needs more improvement.
ANSHIKA is so friendly and professional. Never been a pizza fan until I found this secret and hidden pizza place in Canning Town. All the staff and the amazing food is making this place worth going again and again. Definitely going there again Kuddos to ZZETTA & TEAM
This is London's best pizza restaurant. If you know what Italian pizza is, then look no further - just come to Zzetta in East London and taste Italy yourself. Awesome pizza, & greet service. The atmosphere was nice, the restaurant furniture and menu look like Franco Manca, staff was super gently. I found the pizza not properly Italian, but ok. Was a good experience, happy to ate here.
Pizza is delicious! The Peach mojito was very yummy. The staff are very nice and accommodating but service was a little slow. Don't let that put you off just plan a bit extra time in Kid-friendliness: Kids meal for £8 with any soft drink or milkshake and it's a full size pizza
Unbelievable but it´s true Canning Town has most amazing pizzeria in London. With the quality of pizza, the environment and the service - I felt that I am somewhere in Italy. Well-done & keep up the hard work. Vegetarian options: They have a superb veggie pizza called Five-A-Day Kid-friendliness: I saw hi-chairs for kids Parking: there are parkings in-front of Zzetta, but I am not sure they are 100% free or not.
The environment is not so nice in the dark, sometimes a lot of garbage on the street. The pizza was tasty and good. The portion of spaghetti cabonara was small and not enough as a main course. The sauce tasted bad, it was sauce from the box. The tables were sticky, the menu didn't come off anymore, the seating isn't comfortable.
This is a genuinely lovely place. I've been a couple of times now over nearly a year, and it was just as good this time as the first time. I don't even like pizza places much, but there's mostly either new and expensive places or awful fast food dives in Canning Town even the Turkish restaurants are expensive compared with Green Lanes etc. Relaxed, nicely lit space with good ambience, really good food, good value and the staff are lovely. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be going back.
