Great spot for a quick delicious lunch with a wide range of healthy options. Friendly staff delivered the food fast at a busy lunchtime. Recommend number 10. Prosciutto with extra pesto, it’s just yummy

Want a quick lunch in this really busy part of London? No time to sit down and eat? You’re at the right place for a filling sandwich or a salad.  I was here on a weekday at around 1:00 pm. There was a long line outside and I almost quit. But, I’m glad I didn’t because the line moved very quickly. As I approached the entrance to the store, a woman asked me if I was in the sandwich line. Seeing the puzzled look on my face, she said, “There are two lines here: one for salads and another for sandwiches.”  I was in the wrong line. The sandwich line was much shorter and was inside. She and I quickly made our way to that line, ordered our sandwiches, which are all custom made to your taste.  The sandwich was delicious and filling. You can choose from 4-5 different kinds of bread. Have it toasted or not. And you can add or subtract from their standard selection of ingredients.  Freshly made and filling lunch for 10-11 bucks. Doesn’t get much better.  And…oh…no beer or wine here. You can get a soft drink from a small selection that they have in their cooler.

Had the Toastie with added tomatoes. Delicious!

Very nice salads, however, they would be better if the serving size of the toppings were bigger and there was more dressing. I often find myself having a large bowl of lettuce and not much else.

I don’t recommend at all, I found a mosquito in my sandwich, it was disgusting. It seems they are not clean enough.

Hidden gem, the most delicious menu — I’m particularly partial to the made-to-order salads. They have a great, fresh array of ingredients & dressings and put it together in front of you. Tiny shop, not much space to manoeuvre once inside and not very much seating although there is some. They’ll likely have a very long line, stretching down the street because of this — but it’s worth the wait and the line does move relatively fast! A great grab & go lunch spot with lovely options. One star off because the staff isn’t the friendliest but I’m usually there when they are moving at warp speed to get through all the orders!

Great little spot with good Italian sandwiches served hot or cold and a huge variety of salads.

The most crunchy and fresh salads I’ve ever had! You can hardly finish them and they keep you full longer than other salads. I love the range of salads they offer, I don’t feel like I need to make my own because of the available options. Also the staff is really nice and always warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend for a healthy lunch.
