Awful awful company, very rude men who do not communicate and steal your money. Would never recommend to my worst enemy, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I give them 1* because I have no option for 0. Few minutes ago I went there to return my parcel shop is a drop off/pick point for "HERMES" and Asian male in his 50 ' refused to take it because its too big 70sm and "Hermes" drivers don't take big parcels from there . Such a ridiculous excuse. I've been told by my flatmate about this place and how they behave when you are there not to buy bed or carpets but to return items . If you don't want people to bring items just say to "Hermes" and resign your contract with them,don't waste our time . For those who still would like to try there better buy some stuff , maybe they will change their opinion . Ridiculous...
Poor service and the Asian man was very disrespectful to me and my children when I went there to return a parcel. If he can't do the business - he should tell Hermes. I never wish to visit the shop again.
Excellent value for money. The owners are polite and helpful. They do same day delivery, and have lots of items at great prices.
Horrible customer service. The guy serving was rude very nervous and not helpful at all. Wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping there.

I tried to return a Hermes/Evri parcel but the man refused, saying that it was too large a parcel and the driver wouldn't collect it. I managed to carry it to the shop in a shopper bag so it was hardly a big and heavy parcel. For context, it wasn't a bulky item, it was 40x35x30cm and weighed less than 2kg. He was quite rude about it and said it wasn't his problem and to try another shop. I went to Tesco express further along the highstreet and they took the parcel without any issues.
