Overall it was a good experience, the Shisha is clean and the service is great! We all had hot boozy drinks as it was winter when we went. The most confusing thing though is that this establishment is not part of the venue. The Shisha tables outside are not related to the bar inside. And you have to be escorted to the toilets inside the hotel because the hotel does not allow non-customers to use the loo. So the Shisha staff have to tell the hotel staff that you are sitting at their tables. It’s a bit cumbersome but well worth a few hours enjoy with friends!
Fancying a little shisha after a lovely evening out, we googled a bar nearby and came upon this place. It was really cool, gentle, low key, outdoor bar with good drinks and nice shisha swiftly brought. Blankets provided too to keep us warm. Staff were lovely Extra points for providing both a piano and a full size dalek in the toilets!
Note: you can only sit outside, under a warm and cozy heater with blankets! They had a waiting or approximately 10 minutes but ensured we had a good waiting area and were very attentive to us. The hostess which we assume is Zoe is extremely nice, provided good service and friendly. The Shisha Gad good taste, and lasted approx. an hour for two people. Also note: they close at exactly 12am, so expect to be asked to start rounding it up around 11:40pm Highly recommend!
Shisha was great! Had the watermelon and peach mint and it was smooth and even gave us blankets to keep us warm while having the shisha. The drink with lychee and cranberry mix was excellent with the shisha. Enjoyed it
Came across this shisha place by chance, no spaces available so we were asked to sit inside the bar and order a drink till a table became available. Waited 15mins. Odd setup - shisha on the pavement outside of the bar. Shisha base looks like it's made from a wine bottle, disposable pipes used. Offered limited flavours. 1 shisha between 2 people £20-25 for 1hr. Staff are friendly and accommodating - keeping you warm with blankets and a few overhead heaters.

Reasonably priced and decent shisha. Would recommend this place 100%. Service is amazing and they change coals often and they ask if you need anything every so often. They gave me a blanket when it got chilly outside so yeah you know what they getting 5 star from me for the service alone, lovely people. Don’t hesitate to come here, they’ll look after you for sure!!
The tobacco was very good but the selection when I was there was a bit limited to the classic three to four flavours. The food and drinks aren't too bad, but do be prepared for passers-by to potentially annoy you, especially later in the evening obviously not the restaurants fault
Been here with 3 other guys and the shisha was just horrible. I mean I live in an small town in germany and the Shisha there is a 10/10 but here in Zoe Shisha its a 2/10 for me. I would give 1 star but the service was decent so 2 stars. It seems that people in london don´t seem to know what a good shisha is, we were shocked :D
Guys...this place has one of the best shisha's in London, hands down. Flavour was punchy, but not too strong...it also lasted for a very long time. The best part about the whole experience, was the service. Zoe is fantastic! Drinks would always arrive fast, with Zoe always checking to make sure that we were enjoying our stay and that everything was in order. If you're around Soho and want to chill for a couple of hours while having a nice shisha...this place is definitely a must try! Trust me, you won't regret it.
