We struggled with BT as a business internet provider for years and switched to Spitfire on the advice of our tech support who also uses them. Over the last few years Spitfire have been outstanding, always easy to speak with someone when you need advice, and they always deliver, sorting us out with speed and efficiency. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Alex and the team!
We have been using Spitfire Phone Systems services for the past 5 years - they have provided excellent solutions to meet our business needs. Great support and service, highly recommend Spitfire.
We changed all our communications needs over to Spitfire over 10 ten years ago and we are still happy with the service. For context we are a small shipping company based in SW1 whose clients are spread around the world. We need robust and error free communications. As an example. In the last six months we switched from various digital subscriber lines over the standard network to FTTP - fibre to the premises. The speed and reliability have gone from good to amazing. We also saved a chunk of money per month by consolidating to fewer but broader connexions. The process was a little involved as it did require fibre to be run up to our 6th Floor office - but it was no more hassle than a new phone line. The whole process was completed per schedule given in advance. The instigation of this change was our customer service manager getting in touch and letting us know that we might be paying too much and that a newer better service might work out as more cost effective. He then provided a few worked costed examples of how we might change; just what a customer service manager should do. We will be talking to our customer services manager over the next couple of months regarding the 2025 changeover of voice calls - and I am sure we will again get sound advice with good recommendations. Can highly recommend Spitfire.
Spitfire helped us move over to a full VOIP system during the pandemic, which enabled us to continue to run our organisation from home. They were very helpful , knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process and we continue to get excellent support. I've worked with many different comms firms in the past and not always had the best of experiences, Spitfire have been excellent.
We are using Spitfire few years for our mobile lines and MPLS connectivity - absolutely excellent service! Everything is easy and instant. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff.
Having managed our own phone system in house for a number of years, we reached out to Spitfire to take over the management & maintenance of our phone system. We had an initial call to gather all of our requirements and the system was in place after a few months. From the very start of the process, we were assigned an account manager, Suheil Harjani who was very helpful with answering questions and ensuring the rollout was seamless. Suheil and the entire support team have very responsive and helpful to any queries that I have asked about since the system went live and I would highly recommend Spitfire Network Services.
Very reliable company. The company of which I am a Group IT Administrator for has used Spitfire for many years. In previous positions with other companies, I have also recommended Spitfire as their network is reliable and support is very proactive. Everyone I have also recommended Spitfire to are also very happy. We currently have a leased line 100/100 which so far has proved very stable with vDSL backup. Jitter is minimal and peering to other counties is also reliable. My only note for improvement would be your ordering system / customer portal as does seem to have a lot of bugs in it. In addition, it did take us a few attempts to sign the contract, which wasn't ideal but the aftercare/support more than makes up for this. Provisioning team are very efficient and are in constant contact with you throughout the ordering process and our account manager J.D has been very proactive. I would recommend Spitfire to any business that is looking for a provider that just "gets the job done" and have decent engineers. Unfortunately there are many providers out there which have some poor engineers working for them but I can assure you, everyone I have come across at Spitfire in my experience have been first class in their approach.
Spitfire have a great team of people working for them - from account management through to support. They are knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. Spitfire have allowed our business to expand without hassle or issues over the years. I have a large number of there connection solutions and they all work seamlessly together providing a solid, reliable solution. Well recommended
Our company have used Spitfire for our business broadband and telephone needs and they have always been wonderful to work with - fast responses, supportive account managers and thorough troubleshooting. They were particularly helpful during lock down when the team had to switch to remote working. A big shout out to Sanjjiv for all his help!
