Returned to Zizzi tonight for a free meal due to a hiccup on Valentines day. The service by Jan, the waiter was wonderful. he was attentive and very knowledgeable as he is also a chef. Rick, the manager was also so welcoming and hospitable and went way above what was required to make our night a good one. Couldn't fault the food. A little wait for it but that was down to the cooking time of the food choice, no fault of the staff. We were given way more than promised and we very much appreciated this. I would recommend this restaurant and will return in the future. Thank you guys.

The place is cool looks like an old English house on the inside. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and the food here was excellent (good portions)and fast to get to you. Prices are responsible. Definitely worth a visit with the family.

Tasteless food, everything we had pretty much tasted the same, rather unimpressed. Staff were friendly, but I can't recommend the food at all.

Pre booked online but 20 mins waiting time at booking desk before being given table (restaurant busy but not packed). Order taken late/ food late/ incorrect drinks (twice). Staff helpful and pleasant but some untrained and remainder over worked. Suggest improvement.
