I visited Nando's Slough- Queensmare branch. The queue was a bit of a pain then food is ordered by scanning the barcode on the table but it went through quick. We ordered chicken wings hot, Grilled chicken pitta burger and 1/4 peri-peri chicken with the new garlic BBQ flavour , I absolutely loved it. Again good customer service in busy environment , staff was friendly and food was great!
little bit below of Nando’s standard. Staff is very nice and friendly We dhad, sunset burger, whole piri piri chicken, hot wings and a “kids” meal Good: Food as usual good, service was brilliant too and a big seating area. Quick service. Bad: ambiance was very dull, utensils were not cleaned, toilets were shut, No paper tissues.
Service was slow. Staff are not bothering much and they moving like snails. Not that focussed like other Nando’s. Almost took 35 mins to serve the chicken Table was sticky and cutlery was in poor condition and lacking knives. In fact i found that the plates are not that great cleaned as well. Ambience was good, however other disadvantages are hiding that. When food arrived was great tasting and not well done as well. The portions are not that maintained and moderate portions only been served. That shows that they are not that concentrated on the customer satisfaction. Had a items missed and they said that they will be refunding however never refunded on the card
We took our 11 year old and 11 of his friends for a birthday meal. They accommodated us so well and were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole meal. Zo and Zach were great as well as the rest of the team. Thanks for the great service!
I was so looking forward to coming back to Nando's but that was very disappointing.. I like the safety measures, online queues, tables apart, staff wearing masks. But the place was actually quite chilly and I felt cold. We were saved starters equally with mains which meant my pita was already cold. I loved the halloumi sticks but I really miss mango and lime sauce. I also don't like a change of salad. Now I got a coleslaw which is not to my liking. I preferred a salad served with a pita earlier. My pineapple was more grilled than a chicken itself which was disappointing too. Chicken was not really marinated like it used to be. Something was missing.. I thought Nando's is a safe choice but it looks like it isn't anymore..
If I could give no stars I would! Ordered £47 worth of food from here directly from Nando’s website. Driver didn’t deliver our food and stole it instead. Said delivered to somewhere not even near us and then went offline. Nando’s were so u professional and unhelpful didn’t even try to help. Deliveroo refunded the money which will take 5-7 working days! We had to grab something else to eat from around the corner after being let down after waiting for so long.
Service was really bad and I saw the man put fries from one plate to another, serving someone else’s old food to someone else. Other than that I think that food did taste good but it was just the bad service for me.they weren’t as busy too
The only thing positive here was the name... I got bits of liver that looked like they had been scraped off the bottom of the pan, seasoning was overpoweringly lemony...an absolute disappointment and disgrace. Don't recommend it.
Visited with family. The restaurant folks gave us a corner table so that we are not disturbed. Great food, Served hot similar to other Nandos outlets
