I was staying with my daughter for a few days in Old Windsor and tried this fish and chip shop thanks to the reviews. Fabulous surprise! I am mega fussy with my food and this was absolutely superb! Freshly cooked to order fish, crispy chips, friendly staff and the place was spotless! Upon my return a couple of weeks later, we decided to order some of the fried chicken too! I NEVER eat fried chicken because it is always sloppy, undercooked and has a thick batter. Well not here! The chicken was perfectly cooked, the coating was light & crispy and had an amazing flavour - exactly how fried chicken used to be before big chains came along and ruined it. None of the food is greasy at all and the prices are great value. I’m not keen on the South of England, but this little gem makes it worth visiting.

I wouldn’t even give a 1 star! Ordered at 8.30! At 9.45 the manger said the driver is on his way 10.15 called up again to be told he’s still on his way bear in mind we are only 10 min drive away. Turned up at 10.50! Order came to £22 we gave £17 as we were waiting well over 2 hours! To be told it won’t happen again but if you want the food you have to pay full price! We would of shoved the whole lot in his face if it wasn’t for our young daughter who was hungry! Very bad customer service, food was very cold! Un able to eat the chips as they were all cold and soggy! Never order here  again !!

Great service, great food!
Good value for money!
I loved everything that we ordered, however I noticed that there was only one person to do everything. 
You shohld not have just one person on shift this is not right.
