Very slow. Stopped in for a bite on the way back from Heathrow. Waited about an hour to be seated even though it was Monday & you wouldn't expect it to be that busy. Grumpy service at the bar. Waited ages for a waitress after being seated. My 6 year old was starving so I took it upon myself to feed him from the salad bar. Clearly not enough staff on duty, and poorly trained in customer service. At least 3 used tables nearby with dirty dishes and mess on the floor waiting to be cleared while we ate. The food itself was okay, when it finally arrived, and reasonably priced - the only reason I'm giving them a star as we leave more than 2 hours after we arrived.

Check out timings of meal changes from b/fast to lunch. There may be a little wait, no big deal just a heads up. Service is friendly and food is good. No complaints from me

it has it's ups and downs but then again, what restaurant doesn't? there will be slow service here and there, they are human too, they get fatigue and tired out from all those customers, my brother works here and I believe he has made a good choice as the food is to die for, the tender stake or the chicken for those with that taste set, here, food is tailored for almost any customer.

Went for a team lunch. The service was excellent, very quick and friendly. The food was hot and very nice. Just the right place to go!!

I usually go for a breakfast on weekends. True I have other harvester’ more local to me, but the 1st time I went there, the service as 1st class. Ok admittedly I wasn’t greeted well, but when the waitress came she was well mannered, helpful and a good thumbs up-always makes me feel welcomed and looked after. True eggs (as you like it-fried, poached etc) I don’t get exactly to my liking, but all in all top service. Same applies to dinner service too, although I prefer going when not too busy. Hope the waitress continues to work there for years to come, for sure one of the best I’ve come across
