Loved the food .No one in our party could fault anything. 
The service was good and staff were friendly. 
Be aware it gets very busy and noisy so if you don't like noise or crowds then it's not the pace for you.
GET PAST THE NOISE AND THIS PLACE IS BRILLIANT ❗
Toilets and a small bar.
You should come here by taxi or public transport as it's in the centre of Nottingham.

Very vibrant, busy restaurant but very efficient. Very good at accepting Tesco Club card vouchers. Nice to have the seating area in view of the fairy pizza oven and open kitchen. Good for groups. We were there in a hen party & really enjoyed ourselves.

We gave Zizzi Nottingham a year after the last epic failure... Safe to say, nothing has changed! They weren't too busy and food came out rapidly. Shame it was so rapid that it wasn't cooked and toppings were stone cold. Speaking of toppings, they were nearly non-existent, just a few things thrown into the middle of the dough. Not what I'd expect for a £15 pizza. Manager offered to take the food and drinks off the bill and free desserts which we didn't have time for. We moved from the table to free it up, only to be chased down to pay for the drinks! Disappointing, humiliating and I should have known better!

I always love this place, it can get a little noisy when it's crowded but there is a nice energy to the place, the service is always friendly, and I like being able to see the pizza ovens in the kitchen. There is a great variety of foods for all diets (mine is a difficult family) and it's consistently good. 
If you're going at a busy time and have trouble with stairs, I'd let them know when booking because the majority of seating is downstairs.

I won't be visiting another Zizzi any time soon. Food was average at best, arancini served on a bare plate with fridge-temperature salsa, pizza with virtually no topping. The beer was good, but that was it. Service was sparse, I didn't appreciate being charged a compulsory service charge when the service wasn't worthy of the amount. Pass it over and find a local Italian restaurant where the food will have been prepared with a bit more care and attention.
