The food was very well prepared, light and fresh, and had an authentic trattoria taste to it. The ingredients really shone through. Many other of the Italian chain restaurants seem more about quantity over quality. We easily managed three courses here, which means you get to try more of the menu, so if you're looking for that great big stodgy pizza, try else where. Presentation was excellent. Service excellent. Only niggle, cheap little serviettes bring you back down to earth with a bump.
The stuffed pasta was really good and just the right portion size
The staff was unwelcoming on the verge of rudeness. The table we were seated was probably the worsest that they have regardless of almost no customers. The choice of food very limited, over-salted or burnt. We were glad to get out and definitely won't come back
I enjoy eating here few times and the service was excelent. I had three times pasta and once was not very good, but other times I like it. It's a good restaurant in few words.
Very slow service, brought two meals out and we had to wait five minutes for the third. Didn't ask we we wanted dessert, then left us waiting to be able to pay the bill, left waiting 20 minutes we had to ask even though other tables finished after us yet were able to pay before us.
Rude staff, took very long 2 hours for food to arrive, didn't have a table ready for our group when we arrived dispite booking in advance, during all the delays they kept offering to sell us more drinks.
Very poor. Don't get the crab bites absolute waste of money as you only get 4 tiny balls with barely any crab in. Don't bother with the spaghetti bolognese as dolmio does it better out the jar and for the life of you don't ask for extra chilli as 3 tiny slices of it costs you £1.39 so your better off buying a pack from tesco and putting one in your pocket to take with you.
Terrible, 2 staff for a full house! Charged for things we didn't order, the manager should be fired, we will be writing to head office as will everyone else in our group, one of the worst meals I have ever had.
Very tasty food. We had a gift voucher for this place which got us free wine. Would make an ideal present for a couple.
Really clean and modern staff was very friendly didn't have to wait long for food, food was delicious this is our second visit, will be visiting again
