I have order: chicken ramen, prawn Gyoza and a juice. The ramen was the worst that I ever had. No taste, no seasoning, the Noddles were overcooked. The Gyoza wasn't fresh and equally tasteless. The juice was ok. It's not a place for Japanese food at all!

I usually enjoy the food here, but two days ago (Tuesday 10th of April 2018) I got food poisoning from this place. 
I am writing this from my bed where I have been for the last two days, feeling nauseous and needing to go to the toilet all the time (I am going to exclude the details). 
I ordered Bang Bang Cauliflowers and Teriyaki Sirloin Steak Soba. Both dishes didn’t look as usual: the cauliflowers had too much sauce on them and the Teriyaki didn’t have as much condiment as it usually have.
I usually enjoy the food there, which is why I am  giving 2 stars on this review, but of 8 years of living in Nottingham, this is the first time I got food poisoned from a restaurant.

Staff delivered excellent customer service, They were very fast and friendly. Wagamama is definitely one of my favourite chains because their food and drinks are always delicious.

Extremely disappointing experience. I really enjoy Japanese and Korean cuisine, so love trying different places. Unfortunately our visit in wagamama Nottingham was extremely disappointing. Staff had a strange attitude and was very dismissive.  When ordering water been asked if I want small or large. Not sure what that means in terms of volume been answered "It's just small and large is large". Not helpful at all. Ok, moving on. I received my order before my boyfriend did, so asked if it will be much longer for his as we wanted to eat together. As a reply I was told "Oh did I not tell you? You get orders as soon as they are ready. Sorry". That's ok, but it would be nice to warn us indeed. On top of staff being dismissive, food was bland. My food was average, had much better rice bowls  before. My boyfriend got undercooked pork belly and ended up feeling sick later. Never again wagamama. Avoiding this place, telling friends to avoid it. Never coming back
