Service was slow. Food below average for the amount paid. I don't understand how people can pay £15 for a piece of dry chicken. It will probably go out of business soon just like the other chains.

Disapointing visit. The food was good as expected. But they lost our online booking and made us feel it was our error. Also we complained it was cold under AC so they said they would sort it. Alas it only improved slightly and nobody asked us if it was ok after. No tip and not returning Prezzo service differs increadbly over the UK. The best I have had is in Bury st Edmunds.

Very good value for money if you use buy a gift voucher set meal for 2, a little limited on choice of that menu that being said my wife and I had a lovely evening the staff were pleasantl and the food was great, I would definitely recommed
