Amazing location, amazing service from Beti very funny and well mannered server she's very patient and welcoming , food was delicious nice and warm and came really really quick, toilets were clean as well. All you could ask for and more from Zizzi's will be back
Service was a bit slow. We waited 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. Our starts and mains arrived at the same time. Food was excellent, but service was poorFood: 4/5

Patricia was very kind and lovely , chefs cooked delicious, we had “carbonara pasta” and “della casa pasta” and I would rate them 10/10 The manager was nice helping me to charge my phone .Autumn seasoned decorations inside looks great Extremely happy and definitely we will come back again . 14/10/2024Food: 5/5
Made booking but still had to wait for 10 mins to be seated. Food was so bad and bland as if the kitchen had no salt and other seasonings. Left with a full plate of pasta untouched ! the pasta tasted like pasta water only Only the pizza was acceptable. Service was so slow all the waiters were busy. Went there for my sister’s birthday celebration but this experience upsets us.

The food - They have a great menu, few vegan options and an allergen menu, I really liked that about the place! Their food was good to look at and good to taste, the portions of the starter could have been better, but the taste was good! So happy about that. Half-and-half pizza - it was slightly burnt, and when asked about pizza toppings were informed that chilli flakes cost extra, and they don't do Italian herbs for the pizza. Rainbow Lasagna - it looked good, tasted good. Sweet Potato Fries - good quality. The service - We booked a table in advance, and the person who took our reservation was very nice over call, however, they did not reserve a table as requested and we were given a table next to the toilets, which was quite disappointing, given that we booked in advance. The price - for the ambiance, and the taste of the food, it's a decent price to pay! 20-30pp
We had a great experience at Zizi, thanks to Mo. He was professional, friendly, and made sure we were well looked after throughout our meal. He gave helpful recommendations and checked in at the right moments without being overbearing. Mo’s excellent service added to an already enjoyable dining experience. We’d happily come back and hope to be served by him again.
I’m so grateful to be alive until today so I have the chance to try Zizzi’s carbonara and it’s the best carbonara I ever had in my life! I actually just saw this restaurant at the corner and walk in out of curiosity, but I’m glad I did. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The chorizo carbonara is the BEST thing I ever had and it’s really tasty. It’s too good to share with anyone like their decor says “I do not share food.” The interior is beautiful and toilet is clean Zizzi is a hidden gem in London and I just want to say thank you to the chef for the amazing food and experience
We came in for Sunday lunch and had a great experience. Staff incredibly friendly and attentive we were served mainly by Asman. Food was fantastic pizzas are huge and delicious and they catered seamlessly for our dietary needs nut allergy. Quick service and lovely atmosphere. Thank you Zizzi.
