The restaurant is fairly modern with a good variety of dishes to choose from! Their food is made with the best ingredients and are very filling even if you have a big appetite! The staff member Steph was very friendly and professional. I messed up my order and she happily helped me with the mistake without any hesitation. A great asset to the restaurant. Would definitely visit again. 5 stars all round
An Italian chain restaurant. I was concerned that the food may be mediocre but I was wrong. The food was very good and I think that the amount of people trying to get a table without booking was testament to it's popularity. It was very busy. The food was well presented and served hot, the staff were friendly and attentive. Zizzi is in a prime spot opposite the theatre where the area seems to have it's own vibe.
It's pizza, what can go wrong? Set up and making the impression of a fast-food chain, but with good pizza and some interesting menu choices. Prices are steep, but you're in the UK, what did you expect?
Went here for lunch today, very good choice on the menu. Really tasty food and reasonably priced. Nice decor and friendly staff. Would definitely go here again.
Lovely meatballs but disappointing gluten free with squiffy tummy afterwards at Zizzi, Bath – full 2* star review at coeliacwellnes.com.  Excellent allergen information and some coeliac friendly plant based options, but didn’t have a great experience and probably wouldn’t return.
The service was okay, staff were friendly. I ordered a spaghetti Bolognese and The food was not to my liking. It was really blend, suitable for anyone that doesn't like spicy food. The quantity was very less not worth 10.95. will I visit again? I don't think so.

5 ladies in Bath for the Xmas markets booked here for lunch .Everyone of us had something different from the menu, everyone of us devoured our food . Very friendly staff. Nice ambience. Service was professional and quick ,we all throughly enjoyed the experience and would certainly return again whenever in the area ..
It was fairly busy, but because you can order through your phone at the table it quickened things up. It was very easy to do and the server was very nice and polite. The food was amazing and the portions were plentiful.Food: 5/5
