Garlic bread is a must try- the standard comes with balsamic onions and it is uniquely delicious. The chicken wings are cooked in a skillet- resulting in a soft pulled meat rather than traditional crispy wing. Flavour is fantastic just not what was expected. Additionally, this branch gets quite busy in the evening so booking is recommended.

Food I ordered a pasta dish with King Prawns and Salmon. It was overwhelmingly disappointing! It tasted and looked like it was frozen food, pinged in the oven and voila! It tasted bland, less than a handful of King Prawns and the only taste you could pick up was the Salmon, which I didn’t want lingering in my mouth for too long! Dessert The Cherry ice cream was delightful and beautiful to both look at and eat. Served in a matte finished cocktail glass with a gentle drizzle, it was the best thing I had in Zizzi all night - better than the main meal itself! Mocktails A good selection on offer. Ambience/Atmosphere It was lovely right from the beginning, not too loud and not too quiet, a good balance. Good choice of colours inside and lovely plants adorned around the restaurant fake as they may be. Service The service was great - in particular, we had a girl serve us called “Amelia” - she was lovely; very polite, courteous and engaging - she is a credit your establishment. Hygiene Good hygiene standards all round, including the washrooms. All in all, it was a good experience, but it was the quality of the food that let you down - had the food been good it would’ve been 5 stars, alas, it is only 3 stars. Personally, I would only return for the desserts and maybe some coffee.
The food took a long time to arrive, but the restaurant was busy so that’s understandable. The lentil ragú was okay but nothing special, the chocolate melt desert was pleasant. The staff were friendly but unfortunately the food could have been better.Food: 4/5

The food was absolutely amazing. i came for my birthday meal and was given a candle with my desert, and a Happy Birthday message from Olivia who was lovely. 10/10Food: 5/5
We had 3 different servers which was strange but the last server was amazing. The sharing platter we had definitely took the cake and was the highlight of the dinner. The toilets were very impressive. Only reason it's not 5 stars as the food took over 40 min to arrive and we feared we would miss our movie.
Today we placed an order for home delivery. This was a mistake. I ordered Truffle & Pancetta Carbonara pasta. The pasta was not the type indicated on the menu in the photo and not what was served in the restaurant. the pasta was very overcooked, and the mushrooms were such huge and inaccurate pieces. My experience ordering at home was disappointing. It’s better to come to the restaurant itself and then they probably won’t bring you leftovers from yesterday. I had to throw the pasta away.
We went to Zizzi for a company dinner. We enjoyed several table starters as well as individual plates. The food was fantastic and we had great service. Among our dishes was lasagna, and one of their new specials and ask were very good. The lasagna was served in a piping hot pan and took quite a bit of time to cool. Be very careful to let it cool if you order this dish! We had a great overall experience.
