BIG thanks need to go to Dean who was super helpful in getting the perfect small person handprints onto a mug. Not only was he patient but he is amazing with kids and did a great job achieving the perfect little handprints. Lovely selection of paintables and cute little activity to do. I recently visited Zebra Ceramics, and I can't express enough how wonderful the experience was! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Special shoutout to Stacey and Cicily for making our visit truly memorable. I have a dog allergy and was a bit concerned because the shop has a dog. Stacey was so understanding and sweet about it. She immediately put the dog on a lead, which made me feel much more comfortable and allowed me to enjoy the experience without any worries. My friend and I were really into our pottery painting, and we completely lost track of time. Stacey was amazing and let us stay a bit longer so we could finish our masterpieces. This level of customer care is so appreciated. The atmosphere at Zebra Ceramics is warm and inviting - I highly recommend Zebra Ceramics to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing activity. Thank you, Zebra Ceramics, for such a fantastic experience!
Really lovely experience here. The staff were so kind, welcoming and generous with their time. They helped me to create the most beautiful bowl for my dad’s birthday using my 2 daughters’ hands/ feet & my fingertips. They went above and beyond. Highly recommended
2 pottery pieces made by my kids - 1 broke in the oven apparently. Lady at counter was unhelpful and said it’s a risk and couldn’t really care less. Not good enough. Why was I not told this earlier instead of waiting until I collect? I had to argue about getting the £5 painting fee as she was unwilling to give me that back. No goodwill gesture at all. The staff couldn’t care less. There are many other pottery painting places with superior service. Avoid!
Always have so much fun at Zebra! The staff are so friendly and always super helpful. Such a nice environment for pottery painting, the shop feels so relaxed and inviting. Definitely recommend!
Potter variety is very limited compared to similar businesses. Friendly service, the pottery is mostly suitable for children.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team here for doing there best in getting my babys foot and hand prints on the clay. She was crying and feeling uncomfortable but the team were so calm and patient. Lovely staff, I can't wait to come back when my 1 year old is abit older and will enjoy painting!
I would not recommend this place! Very bad customer service. Unwelcoming and way overpriced! When you go to collect your items they are given back in one sheet of tissue paper. How ridiculous! I highly recommend this place to invest in bubble wrap if you’re going to change ridiculous prices!
A really nice experience with the kids. Went in to get a baby hand and foot print. My kids also ended up painting a unicorn and dinosaur made of clay. They enjoyed it very much in a pleasant environment. The staff were lovely and very helpful from the moment we walked in. Will be recommending this place. Thanks again!!
Amazing experience painting our newborn baby’s footprints on mugs this morning. The team were so friendly and welcoming, and we felt so at ease with our little one. They didn’t rush us at all and gave us lots of support when we needed it. Not only are we delighted with how our mugs have come out, but the whole morning was a lovely treasured memory for our small family.
