Ordered some food, took one hour and 30 minutes to drive. Tasted nasty, cold, next day felt sick. Wouldn't order again if you paid me to.

Waited over an hour...Sunday night. Arrived late after going to the wrong address. Food was very cold! Please can someone tell me how to microwave a salad on a kebab. Chicken burnt and hardly any donner. Won't be going back and very expensive.
Ordered two burgers, pizza meal, and mixed grill meal on line. Selected to pick order up at 17:45. My husband picked the order up on time. We live 10 mins away. When we unpacked the food, it was lukewarm and soggy. Like it had been made over half an hour before collection time and left on a warmer. Burgers tasted decent but the fries with them were completely soggy so inedible. The mixed grill lacked flavour, some of the meat was overdone and it just didn't taste like it had been on a grill. Overall, massively disappointed. Considering the price point is much higher than the takeaways in the area, I would expect the quality of the food to reflect this. For the food to be hot at least. Very mediocre. Will not be purchasing again.
Initially food took a while to come but when it eventually did we enjoyed the burger which was extremely filling and flavoursome. Pizza we got was okay....bit too doughy for us but generous amount of toppings. Will be visiting again for the burgers and maybe try something new..
Never had a bad meal yet and been coming years. Highly recommended
Well I’ve got to say this is the best place for a kebab and other food of that variety. I’ve never been dissatisfied the food is always really good. Tried other places but nowhere meets the quality this place dishes out. So with that you have a happy loyal customer. Thank you.
Nice tasting food, however the execution isnt quite perfect. My chicken fillet burger was tasty but sadly the bun was falling apart half way through. Good menu options. Will try something different next time.

Worst takeaway delivery service, never arrives! Got to keep calling them, if you lucky to get through will get fake promise 'will be delivered soon'. Slowest takeaway in Blackburn. If you willing to wait couple of hours for delivery then order otherwise avoid!!
