A sales assistant named Niamh was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. I actualy left my items at the till and had to leave the shop in shock as she was so obnoxious. Could not believe how unprofessional she was. Manager Noel was nice and polite but didn't offer any resolution other than that he would speak with her. She is in the wrong line of work if she is treating customers so horribly.

Shop was messy could not find sizes the worst iv every seen a shop,the girl at the till was very polite and well mannered.

Such s pity as I love Zara ..store is just always really messy hangers and clothes thrown everywhere on the floors the visual is very bad ..asked a member of staff where a certain pair of jeans were was told in the middle of the floor I do understand the pressure of retail but compared to other Zara store it's fairly disappointing
