A horrible experience absolutely no customer service we changed to three pay as you go on line and need help with porting over to keep our numbers we didn’t understand the process she was the most unhelpful woman we have ever met in any sore she asked us where did we get our SIM cards from like where did she think from three and told us contact customer care ? We actually went on line and got help when we came home. Won’t be going back to that store again
Went into the store today and was helped by ger who has helped me on other occasions before he is always manerly and helped me with everything I needed great bunch of lads in there
I am highly commended Ms. Ayana of Three Crescent, Limerick. She is a beauty with a silver lining big heart to her customer needs and satisfaction. Your company is so lucky to have such a wonderful and dedicated person. She knows what to do and understand its client needs.
Nice set up but if you need any information on the offers you would have to wait in a queue to speak to one of the 2 available agents. That is a little bit frustrating as they just tell you quickly their plans and offers and you feel a bit under pressure to make a decision as others are waiting behind you and there is nothing visible or on paper to help you make up your mind
Bought a new mobile same network asked a member of staff to apply top up went home 2 hours later nó credit went back to shop asked staff to sort it out and all they keep saying call customer service what a joke staff useless untrained to deal customers avoid this shop
One of the members of staff in this store was very ignorant when dealing with myself and my partner I definitely will not be returning to this store because of her attitude, very poor customer service
Josh was extra helpful today in the Three Customer store. I really needed help setting up my My 3 account. I wasn't told anything about it in Carphone Warehouse....I would definately buy a contract directly from 3 cause they are more likely to help you set things up. Very helpful and positive friendly attitude even when you are the upset grumpy customer. Well done Josh!
I got scammed for 690 euros, broadband problem can't get any connection 0.3kb from it and wanted to return it said there Is service and if I wanna end contract I need to pay 690 euros, for something that doesn't work!!! Avoid this place !
Extremely unpleasant visit to this shop. Staff ignorant dismissive and rude to customers. Not surprising after seeing similar reviews.
Refused to take cash today because of covid even though every shop in the country accepts cash but prefer card he lost over 800 in sales.
