Always something to suit for a special gift & staff are do helpful
Not a good customer satisfaction story : My wife purchased an engagement present for our daughter of a photo frame in the Limerick Crescent a while back. She then discovered this morning when she went to the store to collect it that a friend of my daughter had bought the same item in the same shop. When my wife mentioned this to the shop person asking why the shop would sell the same item to more than one person especially as this was not something to give to an engaged person more than once....she was told that she could not speak to it as it was a private issue. This is ridiculous this is not Doctor patient privilege ! . The obvious reason why the 2nd item was sold was because it meant more sales...even at the loss of customer satisfaction. I'm not sure if the shop cross references sales to check the same item was sold with the same engaged persons names but it should be. Why not say this & refer them to an alternative present ? The result is embarrassment all round for my wife & my daughter + major loss of customer satisfaction. The lady in the store was not all interested in my wife's concern...so word of mouth leading to loss of custom ours & most like others

Customer service is not up to the standard you would expect of a company that one has supported from day one
