The staff went above and beyond when choosing a necklace for my wife . Great staff and a friendly atmosphere. I also purchased earings for my daughters communion. The window displays were great

Both girls really went above and beyond for me in helping me choose a braclet for my mum especially Paulina got her name on the receipt who was so helpful and knowledgable and really listened to me. Shes a credit to the store and a lovely girl to deal with. Only fault with the store is by the company itself who expect a team of staff to work in a tiny store during busy periods, it must be impossible on them. Maybe think about a larger unit as the work environment must be tough
The queue was long and the wait was painful. The products were good and the staff were very good once you got in. Not sure about the way they managed the Covid19 set up but would give the benefit of the doubt
Comment for friend who's not on Facebook. Went to buy a bracelet for her daughter, all good until I went to collect, the wrong star sign was on the bracelet, back Monday, no apology, didn't have the one I had paid for, I asked to see the manager, the assistant didn't know her managers name???? I am so disappointed and hope people read this as spent €290
Good variety of chains, pendants and charms
Shocking place, was just in today at 3:40 with my mother was told we weren't allowed in the shop as there was a que even though we were next in line. Two young girls on both rolled their eyes when we asked to see their standard bracelets and the icing on top we weren't allowed to look at stuff with our knowing what we were going to buy because you're not allowed to browse? I'm sorry an absolute joke of a place with two cocky workers inside there with no manners.
Totally unhelpful staff, my wife was about to buy a ring, but went away with nothing because shop assistant wasn't interested to show her anything. Tottaly unprofessional, especially in current covid environment where every client is precious. Shop owner wouldn't be happy to lose clients, because of rude employee. My wife will buy that ring from other Pandora retailer and never come back to crescent branch. Would recommend to avoid. P/S If you don't like your job, you can always find another one where you don't have to deal with people.
