I have visited this store previously and bought a winter jacket for around £90 which I will say its the one of expensive b£ng I ever bought and I would go back to the way it was. Things has now changed and I believe owner want to attract more customers and with this new inside design there is potential products will double the price or will increase more than it was. It now looks more spacious and futuristic for sure. And I did go inside for referrals. I Would recommend to buy from Zara but spend responsibly
Thought this shop was good well it isn’t staff useless and perfume smells like popcorn
I really like the new set up. However, I used to shop at zara a lot and have found now that a lot of the clothes are very dull and not worth the price. Also, the customer service from whoever was working in the changing rooms at 17:50 on 11/10/24 is unprofessional and rude. Especially considering you felt it was appropriate to just snatch an item out of my hand to scan it, whilst I was simply waiting for a changing room and then proceeded to pull faces at me when I said I didn’t want the item afterwards.
Is now where Monsoon was. Have made it very clean and minimalist looking.
Wanted to return perfumes that I bought the day before unopened with receipt nothing wrong with them just that ther cheap smelling for me as I bought four I wanted to return the 2 that I hadn’t opened and they have refused me even though it meets the special returns policy so am in my rights !! Now having to wait for days for customer service to get back to me for me to have my money back it’s like begging for a return!! If they don’t allow you to return perfumes have this advertised before ppl buy !! Even though am in my rights !!
They need more staff on the returns till and a quicker way to process returns. But big shout out to staff member Jen hope she got the box of chocolates I took in for her the next day. I went in Sunday and she was so helpful
Subject: Complaint Regarding Temporary Closure of Men's Section During Refurbishment Dear Zara Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current state of the Zara store in Liverpool. While I understand that the store is undergoing refurbishment, I find it quite disheartening that the temporary setup only accommodates women's clothing, completely neglecting the men's section. As a loyal customer, I believe that this decision is highly inconsiderate and discriminatory towards male customers. It seems unfair that, during this refurbishment period, Zara has chosen to prioritize women’s fashion exclusively, leaving men with no options at all. This gives the impression that men's needs and preferences are not as important. Why should male customers have to bear the inconvenience of not having access to clothing options while the store is being renovated? It feels as though the message being sent is that men matter less as customers, which is quite disappointing from a brand that prides itself on inclusivity and catering to a diverse clientele. I strongly urge Zara to reconsider this decision and make provisions for men's clothing in the temporary setup. Whether through a dedicated section or a pop-up area, it is crucial that all customers feel valued and accommodated, regardless of gender. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Came to exchange a shirt I had purchased less than 24hrs after due to it having a rip in. I had lost receipts but had proof of purchase on my transaction via Apple Pay. Wasn’t asking for a refund and was happy to exchange but didn’t have the shirt in my size but picked something else, however woman on till was rude saying I should have receipt she was not going to refund. She was patronising and rude. The store was uncomfortably hot and the cue behind me was very large as only 2 people on till. I Was made to feel like a criminal. Disgusting customer service will not return to this store!!!
Went in today to collect my parcel, as it arrived last night/ today. They’ve literally just redone the whole downstairs and had it closed for ages and yet because their new technology was down and they have no back up plan they expect me to come back another day. Staff were rude and unhelpful.
Love this store ...Busy very well laid out ...staff helpful with regards to fitting rooms as store has had a refit...found what I was looking for and staff polite...
