Exclusive Fred Perry for all you modsters out there...a lot of the stuff on view is Medium or Large if like me your a bit more on the Mountain side just ask the assistant if they have it in your size...youll not be disappointed...very helpful

Visited the shop today and the lady who was working was excellent. So welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I purchased the exact jacket I was hoping to get and she even steamed it for me. Excellent shopping experience thank you!!

There are different marketing strategies, but really they all reduce to two categories: good and bad. End of the day, customers are not aware of the closing time. The shop manager, to let you know they are closing, could say “Just to let you know, we are closing in 15 minutes, so no rush, but I wanted you to know it.” So we would have been very focused on our shopping without wasting time, since sales were on. Well, we have got the impolite version instead, with a very rude attitude, that never stopped even when we were paying quite a check-out. All of the attitude and behaviour was rude: tone of voice, choice of words, gesture throwing a nicely folded t-shirts into the bag, and loud sights to his colleagues. So, my advice is to be more polite to customers of course, but also to relax. It took literally 10 minutes to try a t-shirt, a dress, a pair of trainers and pay for all the items. But in those 10 minutes, thanks to impoliteness of the shop manager, they lost two loyal customers.
I bought a bomber jacket from the store, extra small, after asking if I could take it home and to try it out to see if it matched my style, and to see if it was a right fit. When I took it home I saw that there was some markings on the jacket the one I tried in the store was a small, so it was not the same jacket as the one I bought which was an XS. When I took it back, the man pointed out these markings to which I explained it was like that to begin with. He also complained that there was no tag, which it never came with. After denying to give me a refund, he gave me the number for their support team. The women I contacted said that it was fine that it didn't come with a tag, and asked that I return it with it's original packaging. When I asked her what she meant by the packaging, she said that it was meant be sealed in a plastic bag, which the jacket did not come with. I wonder if that has anything to do with the marks that was found on the jacket. Even though I eventually got a refund and bare in mind I had to personally clean the jacket myself to get their jacket in a sellable condition because they themselves failed to do so , I still had to pay £15 for shipping, the high shipping price is because it was requested that the jacket be tracked, so all together I lost £15 for multiple mistakes made on behalf of the staff of Fred Perry Liverpool. So It's safe to say, you should probably shop somewhere else.
I love Fred Perry clothing but the variety is a little limited. I seem to prefer previous year's designs. Great shop and clothing despite that.

Sent back a fred Perry bucket hat, wrong size. Sent me another one within days by post. Ch
