I guess Ted Baker as a company does not care for customers. 2 times we wanted to buy suits and more two times the people in the shop did not care to show further items. What a huge disappointment. I guess now this brand is loosing it as well. Sad but thanks for nothing.

Bought a Mens shirt as a present with 50% off in sale..JAN17..Staff were helpful without being intrusive.Returned shirt to exchange a week later with my 5yr old daughter.Whilst i was in the shop young lad aged about 14yrs entered asking myself & other customers if we wud like to sponsor him.Apparently he was known by the staff in Liverpool 1 as part of a small group of petty thieves.Obviously after my handbag/purse.Staff Member Matt was fab he got rid of the youngster even managing to grab back the stock the scumbag tried to steal..Not often you see good Customer Service these days but Matt & Luke definitely did there job & more.Will definitely return to shop again..Only lost a star as 1st visit there were no nice bags left & as this was a present the plastic ones were not really what i wud expect.**WELL DONE TED BAKER MENSWEAR** @Liverpool1
Just been there this afternoon had very bad experience, 4 staff in this shop 2 man and 2 girl, two man keep talking and laughing like at home doesn't like working, one girl helpping customer ,i try to ask other girl help for try a pair of size 3 shoes,she order me to put back the shoes and she will bring me shoes to try ,aftee 30 minutes we still wait ,2 man staff still chatting, we just give up ,very nice all the products, just the service should improve!
Shop assistants in the mens store just ignored us completely as we walked in both times. Chatting in the doorway ignoring customers going past :/
I went shopping today for a few bits for my two sons. The staff were amazing and helped me pick two brilliant presents. Thank you so much
Love this place. Brilliant quality clothing. Great selection of floral design t-shirt and shirts. Staff couldn't be anymore helpful.
Beautiful clothes just a massive shame everything in the Male section we wanted only had big sizes in and that wasn't just one thing ... asked about 5 tops/shirts and 3 pairs of trousers so disappointed now off to Manchester we go
