Forest Casuals have dresses for most schools around Loughton and Woodford. Their service with a smile is fantastic and you would get what is required. They do alterations as well. However alterations are expensive compared to the cloth price hence lost one star
Great customer service, very helpful staff. One lovely lady went out of her way to make sure my son had a school coat for his school trip, they had none in stock but managed to embroider me one within a couple of hours where as normally it would be a couple of days. She saved him from getting very wet!! They then refunded me the shipping cost as I went to pick it up. Thank you!!
Amazing customer service, thank you to Ian. He told us an item was out of stock. He must’ve dialled 1471 as he called me back a few minutes later to tell me the same item was about to be returned and he would hold them for me. The item arrived today and they are perfect. Lovely friendly service in the shop too. Highly recommended.

Quick friendly service ordered online picked up next day support local schools by giving a percentage back to your school. Always well stocked and readonable prices. Been my go to school shop for 4years now. Highly reccomend.

I cannot fault this shop with the customer service I have always received for the past 3 years. We are in a global pandemic. Businesses are trying to offer services as best they can, as they are allowed to - safely. I ordered my items and called to check they had arrived before I went to the store. The phone lines are busy, but you ring back and trust the store as always are doing the best they can to get by, like we all are right now. I'll be back and order more uniform and embroidery as needed, and look forward to many more years of excellent service.
