Incredibly disinterested staff member on the till, sat behind it on their phone, couldn't see him to know he was there- took one of the drivers calling in for him to get up and look away from his phone. Not remotely interested when taking the order and again the driver had to draw attention to the order being ready as the staff member had set it on the counter and gone back to his phone. Food tasted good as usual, however, this is the second chicken kebab on naan, in a row, that has been requested as plain chicken, only to be given curried chicken naan was undercooked this time too. Previously it was actual curry in a naan with no salad etc.
Alright the kebab is ok but the price went up so we don’t go here anymore
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Food here used to be great and portion sizes where amazing. The last 2 time I've been in I've had the zaiqa spicy king kebab. Both the instore menu and take away menu say £6 it's also £6 on just eat but both times I've been charged £8 plus 50p to use a card. The portion sizes are pathetic and the meat is tasteless. Don't order from here.
£9 for 3 pieces of chicken pakora, totally dry, and frozen chips. Worst takeaway I've ever had in Belfast won't be back. Jokers
I like the food but am less fond of the recent price rises. Steak kebab in naan and a gravy chip up from £10.50 to £13.50. I'm afraid I'll be visiting less in future.
Nice food but big jump.in price since last time i went. Wee bit too pricey now.
Tried to order a meal from Zaiqa tonight firstly we were told no Lamb avaiable then got a phone call back to say no steak avaiable we ended up with Chicken kebab on pitta 6 pieces only the chicken tikka starters were dry and rubbery no large chip delivered without lamb and beef the order we recieved cost more than what we had requested the telephone service was not good we had eaten from this place before and everything was lovley but not now portions are small staff not interested meal disgusting Dont order anything from here it has really gone downhill
Ordered a mixed kebab on naan, donor meat terrible, chicken pakora was obviously about a month old and frozen, was drier than Gandhi's flipflop. Chicken tikka was ok to be fair, naan not great either, ate about a quarter of the food. Definitely a last resort for me.
Got pizza meal box pizza was half cooked defo won’t be back here use to be lovely place not now stinking and staff just look at u like u have 2 heads
Usually love this place but am completely disgusted with the service today I ordered a lamb and chicken kebab and only got chicken and when I rang back the woman had a cheek to tell me that I hadn't asked for lamb in the first place so there was nothing she could do but I'm still paying the price for the mixed!
