Tbh, ignorant nasty staff. Food so-so and overpriced. I don't like leaving bad reviews but Arnold's 2022 should be avoided. Don't bother finding out what I mean. Glad other customers have spoken up. Arnold's used to be great. It's sad how far it fell.
This place just gets worse and worse. It used to be amazing but it truly is disgusting now. Never going near it ever again. Chicken burgers are rotten, beef burgers are like something you'd get from a burger van and the chips are by far the worst bit, greasy soggy and disgusting. Avoid this place like the plague.
Shocking. Horrible food horrible service. Woman extremely rude, unhelpful, terrible customer service behaviour, shouts and screams at customers. Won't be near the place again and I'd strongly advise everyone to stay away from the place.
So rude. I called to ask where my pizza was after it was over half an hour late an hour in total. The girl told me it was coming out the oven and hadn't even left yet. I asked to cancel and was told "are you for real, don't be calling again" and she put the phone down on me....
Called in here on a Friday evening. The girl behind the counter wasn't particularly helpful or pleasant. My friend and I both got scampi and chips which we took back to our guest house. The smell of dirty fat as soon as we opened the boxes was horrible, needless to say the chips and scampi were also horrible and inedible. We'd have took them back but we were cold & wet and too far away.
The food is good when you get what you ordered. Customer service when there is an issue leaves a LOT to be desired. Although it is hit or miss, I still take the chance the odd time for when it comes good.
Ordered a half pounder New York burger when the delivery came the burger was plane with nothing on it I phoned the store up and the girl said I was to late there closed shocking customer service I use Arnold’s once a week won’t be using it again

Lovely staff and absolutely gorgeous chips. Pepper sauce chips r the ticket.
Delivery took well over 2 hours, the two chicken wing meals were missing chips and dips and when I contacted them they said items couldn't be sent as they were to busy and they would replace meals at a later date. I then had to order two meals from another place for my kids as the chicken wings on their own was not sufficient for their dinner. So I phoned tonight to make a new order and to also receive the meals they had promised only to be challenged by an abrupt woman on the phone who more or less called me a liar and said that she didn't tell me that and that they only owed me chips. Customer service is appalling!
