I have ordered from this establishment several times, not by choice but because they were the only thing available at the time. Normally wasn't too bad, food took a while to arrive however it was an acceptable quality despite being cold, which would have earned them 3 stars. However the last time I ordered off them was enough for me to write this review. The chips were soggy, covered in grease and generally unappealing. The rest of the food was cold, with barely a hint of heat left in it after an hour of waiting on the delivery. This is all something I can accept. What I can't accept is my partner who ordered a breast of chicken curry and each piece of chicken was coated in a thick slime. When pulling it apart, you could clearly see it was undercooked and vile, and as she hadn't noticed before putting the curry over the rest of her cold food, all of it had to be binned. Do not order from this chinese, I have no idea how they haven't been shut down, and anyone who has given them 5 stars must be ordering from a different Chinese.
Waited over an hour a number of times for food. Food is always cold by the time it arrives. Pretty poor quality food. Staff that don’t know how to deal with problems, just lacklustre apologies when anything is wrong with the order and never any sort of rectification, even with missing/wrong items. Will never order from them again and would actively discourage anyone from ordering either.
Visited here for years but recently they changed the curry sauce and the food varies each time you visit which isnt good. Last order they didnt make to my request which was disappointing and have since seeked alternative establishments.
Sometimes its great, other times not so much. I feel like if they're busier it's not as good quality. The munch boxes are great value for money
Doesn't look the greatest from the outside, but the food is excellent. Their chips are closer to a chippie than other Chinese takeaways which isn't for everyone, but I love them.
Waiting on a Chinese for over 1 hour. Couldnt find address and when phoned up to see where it was and i asked for food to be fresh she Told me on the phone that it was re heated and we ordered chicken, stay away dosent even deserve a star...
Got the curry munch box, the chicken didn't taste right what so ever had a weird after taste, upside though the chips were gorgeous
The food was out of date and the attitude of the staff was also luke the food it was off. Promise ill bot be eating there again.
Great food. Everything in a box awesome idea will recommend to my friends.
