FANTASTIC fish and chips. Everything shatteringly crisp but still soft on the inside, not greasy at all Offered me salt and vinegar on the fish and chips and gave me Ketchup when requested which was delicious...is Irish Ketchup just better or was this homemade? I am an American tourist and he was so funny and nice to me when I had a bit of a slip up and asked for something by the wrong name, then gave me a bottle of it for free! Such a nice guy. He made my afternoon. Such good prices too!! Only £11.42 for the fish and chips. Would recommend!! I took a 20 minute bus ride just to come here bc of the other reviews and it was well worth it!
My sister and I shared a portion of Fish&Chips from here on our 1st night in Belfast from this cute spot. Such a friendy, helpful staff!! Yummm!!
My husband, daughters & I got takeaway from here on our 1st night in Belfast last Monday. The employees were very patient with us & willing to explain anything on the menu we were unsure of, as we are from America. They were very friendly & we enjoyed their conversation, as well as with the other patrons. The food was also delicious! We definitely recommend Ritchies.
Quite possibly the best fish and chips in Belfast. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Worth the trip for sure.
Had a jumbo haddock and chips from here tonight. Yes it was maybe a couple of quid dearer than your average chippy but you're paying for portion size and quality. Not greasy at all, perfectly cooked chips and moist fish...and HUGE! See the photo beside my size 10 foot. Owner and staff are great craic too! :
Easily the bestie food in belfast tried almost everything on the menu at this stage and never once been dissapointed and the staff are great also
Take out... friendly counter staff, clean establishment, food great reasonably priced and plenty of it doesn't cheat on portions, reccomend giving it a try.Food: 5/5

Excellent fish, chips, burgers and scallops! Crisp batter, clean oil, chips made from fresh potatoes. Proper good chippy, but be warned, the portion sizes err on the large side of generous
Food was delicious, portions were really big and worth the money. Would definitely go again. Highly recommend!! Very helpful
