Considering the varied culture and cuisine of India and the fact that people are more well-traveled, it is a shame that no Indian restaurants/take-outs in this area take up the challenge of providing genuine and simple real Indian food I would rather have a smaller menu with beautifully flavored food than an extensive menu of bland and boring meals I had a lamb dish recently and there were six chunks of lamb which were dry and tasteless...why?
