Stopped for a cuppa and tea cake - excellent as evidenced in the photo! Tea served in tea pot with extra bags for a good strength. Dogs even offered water! Do breakfasts and lunches, intend to return for a crab sandwich!
Enjoyed a fantastic Sunday lunch here today. Good value for money and excellent service. Recommend booking as gets busy. Dogs made welcome.
We try to have breakfast at least once a week in this lovely cafe. The breakfasts are the best in Norfolk, without a doubt! Good quality ingredients and so much of it. It is a really cosy place, playing soft music and makes you feel relaxed. It reminds me of a little french bistro . The staff are always friendly and the guy that serves us has a great sense of humour. I could not recommend this cafe enough, it is just perfection!
Really liked this place, it has such a good range of food and it’s tasty - as a vegetarian, it was really refreshing to go to a place that has so many options for veggies! There was also many options with meat and fish too It’s dog friendly which is great - the staff were lovely and it was affordable too Unfortunately we found this place on our last day of holiday as we would’ve gone back multiple times if we could! We had a lovely visit and I definitely recommend it if you’re in the area :
We use Mulberry whenever we go to Sheringham. Never been let down. Food is always excellent and the proprietor very obliging. Usually very busy - probably better to book in advance but you can usually be fitted in if you are happy to wait. Thoroughly recommend. Vegetarian options: My wife is a veggie and she has no problem with the menu. Separate vegetarian menu.
7 of us ate for Mum's 94th birthday & the food was wonderful, generous portions & home cooked feel about it. The steak & ale pie was the best I have ever had. So many choices too especially large number of choices for vegetarian. Didn't have to wait long for the food either. Prices very reasonable too.
Excellent menu, good value wholesome food. Fresh food , friendly service. Very busy on a Friday lunch time in October, which shows it a decent place. Liver and bacon was very nice.
Roasted vegetables & feta cheese on jacket potatoes was delish! Salad is varied with beetroot, so if you want healthy, this is the place to eat! If you want friendly staff! & the dessert menu had 3 different cheesecakes! Vegetarian options: so my husband had plenty to choose from on the vegetarian option. Lots of fish on the menu as I have a friend who is veggie but eats fish for her dietary requirements
Just had lunch at Mulberry Cafe, not been a pleasant experience unfortunately. Service was very slow, and they only reported back to us that they didn't have any stock on one of our orders 20 minutes after ordering which wasn't convenient. The cottage pie was very bland. This was just the mains, one of the puddings we ordered - the chocolate sponge - was completely burnt but rock hard. Absolutely dreadful, won't be visiting again.
We have been here on a few occasions when visiting Sheringham. Nicely tucked away up a side alley. The food has always been good and the staff very friendly. We'll worth a stop off for a break.
