Yummy Yum's Chinese Takeaway

Usually very punctual and have orders ready for collection. Tonight was horrible, new staff member refunded me when I never asked for a refund or asked for the order to be cancelled. I won't be ordering from there for a while till said member is either retrained in customer service or till the member is terminated. Would also like to add I haven't got that refund yet. So if I don't get the refund by Monday I will be contacting the bank.

If I could give this place minus 5 stars I would. Utterly disgusting food and even worse service. Ordered from uber eats, waited 30 minutes to receive a phone call from this place to explain they had no Stock left from what we ordered. We then had to order again just different items, seemingly giving them the benefit of the doubt at 8pm....our food then arrived at 9:45pm!!! Usually we don't mind waiting longer if the quality of the food is good however this food is not fit to feed a wild animal let alone anyone else. The prawn toast had NO PRAWNS in it!! The seaweed was soggy, the wontons are all batter barely any meat filling. At complete disgrace. Next time we want garbage for dinner I will go to my own black bin outside where my rotten food would still be better quality than this. The staff are appalling and have no interest in customer service. Stay away fro this place.

The only Chinese that I have ordered from in the past 2 years, the food is beyond my standards every single time & I have nothing bad at all to say, the portions are large for the price and in most places it would cost double the price for half of the food you get from this place! The staff are always so nice and the delivery time is always on point, even if it isn’t they are quick to let you know where your food is when you phone them. Fair to say this is one of if not THE BEST chinese in Warrington

Best Chinese Ever. I believe that the meal we had tonight was the best Chinese I have ever eaten, we are staying the night a few miles down the road and decide to get a take away. It was so good, I am a chef and I stood and watched the food being cooked, very impressed with them cooking dishes to order. Oh and wow big portions. And good prices. Wish this place was local to me.

Never had such a disgusting meal we both had chow mein dishes and after 1st taste we put on bin ...don't order ..

Absolutely baffled at the negative reviews of this Chinese. I guess people are more likely to moan than praise! This Chinese is amazing, best Chinese food I've ever tasted. Their salt and pepper chips are and they also offer a lot of veggie options which are often hard to come by with Chinese food! Absolutely love Good Food thanks for always providing 10/10 food.

Don’t eat the food at this place!!! They are dirty and rude !! The woman picks her nose and breast feeds her son in the cooking area.. I’ve seen them pick food off the floor and put it back into the pan .. The man on the till packing the food handle’s the money and touches the food scratching his face and never washes his hands wear masks or cover their hair .. yuk

Absolutely monstrous prices for what you get. These are cheap and taccy meals almost all chinese take away is but they are charging Indian prices. The ribs were also full of fat. Overall very disappointed, I didn't order any prawn toast as its as much as a meal crazy and your rice is charges extra as well. I only ordered because Harry's next door was shut. Just can't believe what is being charged for cheap low quality food..

Nice food and didn’t shy away from portion size. If I was to be picky I would add a lot more seasoning ‘Salt & Pepper’ on their chips but still very nice what they had on and couldn’t fault. Great value this joint. We’ll be back

Worst food ever! It used to be one of the best Chinese in Warrington. Chicken wings was dry and overcooked. No no no! Big no!
