Family Kebab House

First time I think I've ever thrown a takeaway in the bin. The calzone was a cheese and dough mess. Ingredients weren't cooked, were still cold. Inedible.

I've been regular at family kebab house since I moved to the area about 7 years ago, not once have they served me a poorer portion than they have tonight. £20 for a couple of small handfuls of doner meat and a little bit of grilled chicken, they cost £9 each and even if you put them both together it would barely be enough for one person. With the way this takeaway is going they won't be open for much longer, what happened to the old family kebab house? It's a shame to say I'll no longer be ordering from here.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order, waited for an hour and half, no delivery; rang them and they said it was too far as they were busy! They still took the payment though! Definitely avoid.

Love the place! Fast delivery, the chicken is always so tender and really moist too. Loads of salad so fits in nicely with macros. We never go anywhere else for our chicken kebabs!

The best special kebab I've ever had! Chicken, donner, shish and lamb, with two pittas and salad for a great price. LOADS of meat, its difficult to finish

CAUTION !! do not trust these people. the place is run by foreigners who couldn't care less about the food or quality of service. If you order online and they are too busy to cope they crack on like they just didn't receive your order.... getting your money back is another matter. During my conversation with them about why my food just didn't turn up, the guy on the phone tried to pretend that he didn't speak english, then said "what order" then immediately said " it will be with you right now"..... Really !! the manager said "we give you refund mate.." thanks " Family Pizza "for pretending to be a trustworthy place to buy from.....Still waiting for my refund....!

hi been dealing with for a couple of years now,but sorry last two orders arrived luke warm or cold. and we liked because of the offers. so when says free garlic bread when you spend over £16, and you spend over £20 on every order! not to get it is disappointing. so with regret will be looking for somewhere new

This place is so hit and miss which is ashame as it used to be very good, save your money and go else where otherwise you'll get more salad then meat !
