DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY, they'll rip you off! Paid £6.20 for BBQ Ribs but the container doesn't contain enough ribs for what your paying for, only received three and a half ribs and bearly any sauce which should have been BBQ not Hoisin see photographic evidence. Their response was "this is the amount we give to customers". Thank God I didn't place a big order with them as we usually order £60-£70 worth of food on a Friday but my usual Chinese is closed for renovations.......therefore, I would advise that you always order a small monetary amount BEFORE placing large orders especially when using a takeaway which is NOT your usual establishment!!!!
Ive been ordering from this place for about 20years when it was Chasing Dragon and now Yumchi as the food and value was always so good, but since its last change in management the food and service has rapidly gone downhill! Wrong orders delivered, orders missing items, food orders incomplete ie duck in plum sauce MISSING the sauce!, portion sizes decreasing, lack of acknowledgement or the need to put right etc. I'm done giving chances of redemption. I no longer recommend this place.
Second time from this place, delivered wrong order ,Owner was not apologetic, replacement order redelivered but not cooked enough especially as it was a fish dish. Overall the meal was good value and taste was satisfying . Would probably order again.
This is the second time we have ordered from there, after complaining the first time!! To much rice, very dry, no bean sprouts… our second order after a few months same again way to dry, they cheat you on the amount of beef they put in and again no bean sprouts. Won’t order again from there. A BiG RIP OFF with portions. What they advertised on menu!!!! looks nothing like that.
Ordered food from here for collection and when I got back home the 2 egg fried rice portions was missing and they also gave me a small chowmein when I ordered a large. I have a family of 6 so when I got back home there wasn’t enough food for everyone and I couldn’t go back as I live 20 minutes away disappointing service would recommend to double check your order before leaving the shop because there clearly not able to give you the right order
Absolutely appalling customer services. Ordered from here and they forgot part of our order and took over an hour and a half to redeliver it. What was originally delivered was freezing cold and when the second part finally was delivered it was freezing also. Such a shambles and no compensation, not even a bag of prawn crackers. Don’t waste your time!
I had placed an order for collection, it was the worst experience I had since the past 5 years of ordering. The portion size was unacceptable, the food was dry and the rice was undercooked. The prices have gone up and it is not worth the price for a small container of food.
Rude service, delivered cold food, a beef item instead of a chicken one, when called to get it replaced, responded with can’t deal with it today. Apologies and hung up. What ridiculous behaviour. Strictly avoid!
Really tasty food, my 1st time there and is definitely the best Chinese restaurant that I have ever been too. Will definitely recommend this place and would return again. Million times better than Lots of Rice in Hayes End where I got sick after eating their food.
First time orderer potions off food really good size lots off meat given.. best around town Defo try again
