Ordered online, tuned up at store and was told 20 mins after already waiting for 20 minutes and driving down, don’t take the orders if you can’t handle it. Also only come down from Birmingham every few months was a big family order, terrible service and staff
Around the time of COVID I decided to travel just a little further to get our fish and chips and switched to Stobys. I liked my previous fish and chip shop because they were very generous in their chips portions, but at Stobys I found their presentation of fish and chips to be consistently good, the texture and taste of the batter and chips is just as it should be, each time.
Incorrect food sent. Staff absolutely useless. Do not waste your time with this ridiculous restaurant. Even the incorrect food was overcooked and disgusting. Avoid this “restaurant” we certainly won’t be ordering from here again.
Serves the best fish and chips in the area. Highly recommended.
