Usually the service is good, I have had my order made wrong but it's been corrected and they acknowledge their mistake which is fair as we are all human and things happen.

 Today however was the worst experience for me. I ordered 2 pizzas. 1 was burnt...and the other thankfully (which was for my niece) was not burnt however I has asked for double black olives on half as that's the only way I can get my niece to eat the pizza and they only put single..I asked for double black olives at which point the staff member dealing with me looked uninterested...i asked for a simple apology but instead got a "I'm not the only one making your pizza" remark, I again repeated all I wanted was an apology. I don't have the time to sit and wait around while they make me another pizza as i had to feed my niece nor did I want to waste all that food. I didn't ask for a refund or discount or my order to be made again. Just a few black olives and an apology. I got the black olives...

We made an order. Food arrived late, cold and half of what we ordered was missing. We called to have them deliver what was missing or at least give our money back and they didn't answer.

If I could give this place a negative star I would, food turns up late and cold, drivers are rude and so are the store staff and that's when you can get them to pick up the phone! 6 times i called them and they can't even pick up a phone. and when they do they don't even apologise just try and fob you off with a poxy voucher.

Dominos do the best pizzas around however they have recently cut there menu doing away with nachos and crrtain fizzy drinks so I will no longer use them as pizzahut do offer these items.

Paid for pizza, was told it was on route... That was an hour ago and shop is now shut. We've rung them over 20 times before they closed, no calls were answered, some were even declined!!! Appalling service. Will be getting money back and never ordering again.
