Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very will ing to help out and a fantastic range if clothes to choose from. On a personal note I would like to say a huge thank you to Eleanor who was like an angel helping me during my most recent visit. I was nervous to say the least about asking to try things on but she made me feel totally at ease and helped me to pick out several items to try and was even nice enough to help when I had some trouble getting into and out of my selections. Offering her advice on styles and ways to wear things etc which I was extremely grateful for and found very helpful.
I went in to the Arndale store with my sister today 24/05/2022 and the staff were really good. I needed to get measured and it was done in a way that I was comfortable and was made to feel relaxed. Very different experience to what I had with other stores. I will definitely go here again. Very helpful and lovely ladies. X
Really bad customer service when I tried to return some items at their Arndale store. I lost my online invoice, and instead of advising me that I could get a copy of my online invoice from the customer service, I was told that I can't make the return since I don't have a receipt. Finally, I sorted out with their online customer support.
Love it in there and got some really good bargains and the staff are very friendly
As a larger lady, is it just me or is there a struggle here to find anything that isn't big and baggy? The adverts show defined waists and busts, but I just found things that made me look like a sack of potatoes. Disappointed with the lack of quality, tailored pieces. Went elsewhere.
Staff always very friendly and welcoming. Changing rooms are all big sizes so I can easily try clothes on when out shopping with my baby.
I do like yours, it stocks young fashion for bigger girls and usually I'll find what I need. Don't dare refold something that they want to throw in a bag though. I went in yesterday with my mum for her some t-shirts, and the girl/woman behind the counter kind of rolled folded them. My mum just wanted to quickly refold them across the seam before putting them in the bag we already had for the member of staff to say "oh, have I done it wrong?" My mum replied, "don't worry it's just me, I'm fussy". To which she replied, "was going to say I've been doing this 20 odd years don't think I've done it wrong". Honestly, I work within retail and I think the staff should either retrain, if that's what she has learned in 20 years, or learn to bite her tongue.
Lovely and helpful stuff, really enjoying shopping at Yours.
