Absolutely unproffessional and unacceptable behaviour of staff members. Staff members feel it is okay to talk behind customers backs and falsely accuse them. They are ruining the standards of such a high street brand and invade the privacy and 'follow' customers around the store making strange eye contact and creating a very uncomfortable experience. One word absolutely 'appalling'. Will be taking this further to the head office of Topshop!
