Bought a pair of shoes from here as mine broke as we’d just got into Blackburn. No size 5s so had to get a 6 or so I thought from the hanger, put them on outside so I could take my broken ones off only to realise they’re a size 4 and have been put on the wrong hanger. Woman at the till said they’re not doing anything about that because they’ve been put on outside. Definitely should’ve been given a replacement for free but instead had to buy a new pair. I couldn’t care less if you can’t re sell them, you should pay for YOUR mistake.
Really good Primark. Always seem to buy something from here whenever we visit and am a big fan of The Mall shopping centre anyway.
It is a great place to find decent clothes. The staff are friendly and polite and blue. It is a nice place to find something between normal and fancy. Prices are also decent. The only downside is that I couldn't find any gene which fit my size, even though the size in the label was the same as my current genes. Nice to visit with family!

Primark have a great range of clothing at good prices however, you get what you pay for, it's not top quality but acceptable to look good. The store is always clean and tidy.
