I visited on Tuesday morning. I went to the Clinique counter to purchase new make up. The assistant was totally unhelpful and quite frankly, downright rude. I then went to the Estee Lauder counter where I was given the help I needed. I ended up spending a reasonable amount of hard earned money on a birthday treat for myself. Certainly wouldn’t go back to Clinique at the branch ever again.

I went into the Blackburn Debenhams on Sunday. I went to the Estee Lauder counter as I wanted to get a color match of their double wear foundation. The asian lady that greeted was nice. She said to come back in 10 mins as she had another client. I thought fair enough and so I went off and left it till the end. When I came back the second time she said she wouldn't be long and that she was fonishing off with this lady. I was stood there for 30 minutes with no awknowledgement and that was that. I sometimes wonder is it because I look so young they can leave me hanging for as long as they like. This isn't the first time I've felt like this. And when they do color match you they do a quick 5 min job. I'm disappointed tbh

I was on hold for 20 minutes this morning just waiting for my query to be answered. Absolutely disgusted with their customer service. When I was finally answered and informed the staff member that I had been holding for 20 minutes - they said "oh, alright"!!!! not even an apology

I was very pleased with the service l received. I went to get my eyebrows done and they lady was very chatty and friendly.I was doing waxing for the first time l felt a bit nervous at first but she made me feel a lot comfortable.After all that my eyebrows were on fleeky too l could not ask for any better eyebrows it was definitely best experience 🤗 The lady was called Sarah from Benifit section very fantastic and she knew what she was doing .I'll coming again and again and again
