Went to pick up my online order. The store was okay and had lots of tempting items on offer. However, I didn't buy anything because the dresses and trousers I liked were all too long for me. It's a shame they don't do shorter lengths as well.

Absolutely brilliant. Great range of clothes and Bridget was super helpful. The changing rooms are big, well lit, have seating and the music is great. Yours clothing is the only place left for the high end of plus size to shop in store, at very good affordable prices.
Got exactly what I wanted and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend shopping in this store.
This is an amazing clothing store with lots of good stylish and fashionable clothes for size 16 and plus. There are lots of varieties and fashions available in all the inner wears , outdoor clothing , office wear , nightwear clothing and accessories in this shop. The material quality is good and have comfortable wearing options. The staff is polite and helpful. They accept both card and cash payments. The store is fully accessible.
Had a nightmare with yodel. I phoned Surray Quays spoke to Clarissa who went above and beyond helping me with trying to find the same items in stock even phoned bexleyheath for me. I ended up going to the shop. She continued to be helpful and even carried my bags to the bench which saved me struggling with my stick. Very attentive great customer service
Great value for money loads of choice
Very disappointed. Always come out of Yours with a few items. Not been since before lockdown. Seems to be going the way of Evans. Thinner material who wants slightly see through when overweight? thin straps who wants tops of arms showing when overweight? Designed so that front comes up higher than the back not needed if overweight Have they taken on thin designers? Can't imagine any overweight designer thinking these are good looks. Such a shame. A few years back had some great stuff for reasonable prices. Shame. Don't think I'll be back.
Easy to go, nice service and good price/quality. And you can order online,too.
Having looked at the website I was really disappointed with the store. It wasn't easy to get around and they only had a small selection of what they offer and staff were not helpful.
