Tonia was mean to me amd my elderly dementia suffering mum. She wanted us out of the store. And proceeded to ask nesrby customers if they were okay? ( like they have an elderly person with them)

My take
1. We're not 'white' enough for them 
2. Grounds for discriminatory action
3. Security are racist

Horrible experience in this store.Bought two goose down pillows on boxing day, told the staff(Martha) I need firm one, but still took the soft one for me. I found it and she told me the firm one currently out of stock. So she ordered it online for me and it will be delivered to my home address. She did not inform me that i can choose next day delivery which means I have to wait 3 working days for my pillows.I asked her how to check the delivery progress, she said using the order number on their website. That is simply wrong, I cant track my order. And the courier TWC choose, myhermes, is the most horrible company in the world. I received a message which said my parcel will be delivery today, i waited at home all day but nobody come. Avoid this store and especially avoid their delivery service.
