Stopped by this shop by accident and found skyblue adidas samba I wanted. The staff who was tall and white with hat on was extremely kind. He helped to double check my size and even recommended other place that might have my size cause it was absent at that time. It was my last day in London and thanks to you my memory is now cherished. I'd give 0 stars if I could. They mailed me the wrong item and have not returned multiple email attempts to correct the issue. I never thought to read the reviews for a retailer . How is this place allowed to be in business?

New location is now in a much more accessible and visible area. It also has a much more open layout with clothes all arranged in colourschemes rather than by brand which is really helpful- as always their curation is on point and will hope to shop here for some cool pieces more often!

I believe you are adding botted reviews on your Reviews.io page to mitigate bad reviews, so I'll add my 2 cents here as well:  It's unacceptable for a boutique of your reputation to slap a high-value item into a box with no inner protection or at least a decent presentation. This could've easily been alleviated with something primitive, like tissue paper.  I regret not buying the item from any of your competitors, so I suggest a reality check as a customer of 6-7-odd years who will not make another GH purchase, probably ever. Wicked shop but... the markup on certain clothes is outrageous. Recently bought a pair of shorts from here that were 25 cheaper from the brand's site. I get it, but I also wish I shopped around more. If you're reading this, this is your opportunity to do so.

Beautifully designed shop with an interesting selection of goods from home to beauty, shoes, clothes and kitchen appliances. No special or exclusive items. Some own branded clothes.

Please don’t support this shop! Have fired so many people with no good reason, good people that were underpaid before they were unfairly dismissed I could name about 10 friends that have worked there and been fired They don't care about ‘community’ or the well-being of their staff.

Unfortunately I encountered a few issues; firstly i wasn't sent my full order as there was an error on one item showing stock when they didn't have it, yet i was still charged for it, then the refund for the item that never came did not come either as they had forgotten. Secondly when returning my order i was not refunded for all the items in it and now i am still waiting for my full refund and it's been 2 weeks and i have to constantly email them to ask for an update. Very dissapointed with the level of service

I ordered &gt; £100 of homeware on 27th March. The DPD tracker says the items are being sent back to Goodhood despite no delivery attempts. DPD have not updated their tracking information since 27th March.  I've emailed Goodhood 3 times and they won't help chase the lost / stuck DPD tracking info for my delivery, nor will they send a replacement or issue a refund. Their response emails have been curt and unhelpful.  Really, really frustrating and having to resort to a Paypal claim, which sucks.

I loved this store, if you are looking for nice street wear you will find in this place. I was recommended to go there by SWC Stepney workers club to go there to pick their new launched shoes, I found in many colors. The employees are helpful and take care of you in the store well. I don’t recall if they accept cash, but they accept credit cards.
