I have being going to Sophies class for 6 years now. I absolutely love it. Sophie is great, she explains each move and what area its going to work. You can do this at your own level as Sophie always give you each option to go at your own pace or push yourself if you want to. I feel so much better for doing the class and if I miss a week my body notices the difference. I would highly recommend this class.
Excellent Pilates instruction from a qualified physiotherapist, Sophie Budd. Our well- being is always considered along with personal needs and tailored instruction for those who need it. I have been attending the sessions for three years. My arthritic knee no longer troubles me, and my back feels stronger. I can bend down and still run if I need to and at the age of 73 I feel great. All due to pilates. Best of all we have a laugh, a tonic in itself. I have attended other Pilates classes but Sophie's class is head and shoulders above them, literally.
I have seen Sophie for various problems with my shoulder and hips and always leave her practice feeling so much better! She is always friendly, puts you at ease and extremely professional. The exercises that she gives alongside the treatment are easy to follow and so helpful. I highly recommend Sophie and cannot praise her enough.
Sophie's physio led Pilates classes are excellent. Small classes allow her to differentiate between her clients depending on our individual physical abilities and needs. Can fully recommend.

Been attending the Pilates classes for years, I suffered with my back and since going to Pilates it has improved massively. If you haven’t tried Pilates before I recommend you do, these classes are very relaxed but you get a very good stretch and work muscles you never knew you had.
Been doing Pilates with this lovely lady for a few years now. Due to arthritis I had terrible hip and back pain and was told that if I strengthened my muscles it would help - guess what, it really works. I can walk miles now and it’s all down to the Pilates exercises I have learned in class
Takes time to listen and assess before putting a plan of physio /acupuncture in place. Explains the issues and process. Excellent care and support. Would highly recommend
Really enjoy pilates classes, which are led by an excellent teacher. Highly recommended.
Sophie is so supportive and knowledgeable, can't recommend her enough.
